A freelance visual artist and photographer. He focuses his artworks on various subjects like abstract, caricatures, figures, landscapes, portraits, and still life aiming to depict his expressive strokes of lifestyles through the combinations of color, texture, and symbolism. Some of his works exhibited in the Philippine Heart Center, Capitol Medical Center, and Philippine Children Hospital in cooperation with Art Discovery and Learning Foundation Incorporation.
Crisencio Alandino Bernabe is also a registered and licensed Architect in the Philippines. After graduating from High School, he started producing his style of artwork and exploring different types of mediums like pencils, colored pens, watercolor, pastels, acrylic, and oil. In 2003, after completing a two-month workshop under Mr. Fernado Sena's summer art workshop in Philippine Heart Center, Philippines, he was awarded as Most Outstanding Student in 1997 and later on became an assistant art instructor with Mr.Fernando Sena Summer Art Workshop until 2008.
In 2008 he went to UAE and work as a Site Architect in a Construction Company. In the same year, he spending his free time doing painting and photography. Aside from an interest in Arts, he starting to engage his time in doing photography, and a year after he joined the group of photography enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi named Shootercada Photographer’s Circle to enhance his skills and gained camaraderie. Along with his passion for photography, Cris is continuously attending the workshop in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He regularly travels across the Emirates capturing images of landscapes, architecture, people, cultures, and street life. Cris has supported the group’s vision for aspiring photographers in UAE thru encouraging them to use their passion for their crafts by capturing moments through art and photography and to showcase the story of the world around them and be an inspiration to others as well.
